Refund policy

If you are unhappy with an item you can return the item for a full refund minus the shipping and handling.  Please email us immediately so we can go over the return information.

Item(s) must be returned within 15 days and must be in the original condition as it arrived to you. Please include your original packing slip along with your return.  Items must be returned safely packed, postage paid, WITH delivery tracking. Refund will be given minus shipping charges when item(s) have been received.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given on any beauty items, face masks, worn socks, used/burned candles, sale items, and "custom and/or personalized items."
